In this newly revived programme, delegates will leave with a renewed sense of self- confidence knowing that they have the power to create the future rather than waiting for the future to happen.
The Executive Women in Leadership (WIL) programme at the GSB focuses on developing leadership practice and gives women leaders the tools to increase their leadership impact and visibility. The programme comprises two modules, between which participants are supported by a coach to explore their particular challenges.
